How do I place an order through the website?
In the Products section, select the date for your order. Check product availability - it's updated in real-time. Add products to your cart and provide your phone number, which is used to identify your order at the bakery. You pick up the order in person. If you have an account with a linked phone number, you'll receive an order confirmation.
Until when can I place an order for a given day?
Orders for a given day can be placed until the bakery opens. For example, if the bakery opens at 7:30 AM, you can still place an order for that day at 7:29 AM. After opening, orders can only be placed for future days.
What are the pickup hours?
Orders can be picked up during bakery working hours. Opening hours are available in the website footer and on the contact page. When placing an order, you can select a preferred pickup time slot - this information is passed to the bakery as guidance.
Do I need an account to order?
No, an account is not required. You only need to provide a phone number for order identification at pickup. However, creating an account offers additional benefits: the ability to cancel orders through the website and access to order history.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment is only accepted upon pickup at the bakery. We accept both cash and card payments.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, orders can be cancelled up to 4 hours before the bakery closes on the pickup day. This allows us to potentially sell prepared products and reduce food waste. Cancellation is possible through your account or by contacting the bakery.
Can the bakery cancel my order?
Yes, the bakery reserves the right to cancel orders or individual products due to circumstances beyond control (e.g., ingredient unavailability, equipment failure, unsuccessful baking). In such cases, we will inform you by phone using the number provided when placing the order.
What if I don't pick up my order?
Unfulfilled orders are recorded in the system. The bakery reserves the right to block the phone number of users who repeatedly fail to pick up their orders. In case of delays, the bakery may contact you by phone.
Can I change the pickup date of my order?
Unfortunately, changing the pickup date is not possible. In such cases, we recommend cancelling the order as soon as possible and placing a new one with the correct pickup date.
Will my order definitely be waiting for me?
Yes, we guarantee that your order will be prepared and waiting for pickup at the bakery throughout the entire working day.
